Crockpot Recipe- Breakfast Fruit Compote
2-6-oz. packages dried apricots
1-11 oz can mandarin oranges
1-12 oz. package pitted prunes, drained
10 maraschino cherries
1-29 oz. can sliced peaches, undrained
1/4 c. white raisins
Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on LOW 6-9 hours. (HIGH: 2-3 hours).
